Along with stand-alone vessels, I also designed and produced accessories for extraction. These products are meant to improve the extraction process and make it more efficient. This design was needed to create a smaller evaporator option. For small-scale operations, the cost of the old evaporator was higher than they could afford. Creating a smaller evaporator greatly reduced the cost of the product, allowing customers to get their foot in the industry without breaking the bank.

I designed a smaller evaporator. An evaporator is a vessel that converts a liquid to a vapor. The original size used was a 12"x36" jacketed spool clamped to a 12" jacketed base. This design is a 6"x18" jacketed vessel that has an integrated base, which removes the need for a lower clamp and creates a more efficient evaporator.
